Oregon Statutes - Chapter 295 - Depositories of Public Funds and Securities - Section 295.085 - Requiring special certification of collateral value.

If, in the opinion of the State Treasurer, market conditions so indicate, the State Treasurer may require certification of collateral value in accordance with ORS 295.065 at other times throughout the year. The decision to request a special certification shall be solely at the discretion of the State Treasurer.
