Oregon Statutes - Chapter 308A - Land Special Assessments - Section 308A.330 - Rules.

The Department of Revenue of the State of Oregon shall make such rules and regulations consistent with ORS 308A.300 to 308A.330 as shall be necessary or desirable to permit its effective administration. [Formerly 308.790]
