Oregon Statutes - Chapter 323 - Cigarettes and Tobacco Products - Section 323.703 - Delivery sales to persons under legal minimum purchase age prohibited.

A person may not make a delivery sale of tobacco to a person who is under the legal minimum purchase age. [2003 c.804 §74]
