Oregon Statutes - Chapter 329 - Oregon Educational Act for the 21st Century; Educational Improvement and Reform - Section 329.445 - Recognition of needs of middle educational levels.

The Department of Education shall review district improvement plans to ensure that the school restructuring efforts framed in this chapter address the unique learning and developmental needs of the middle educational levels between the early childhood education and Certificate of Initial Mastery levels detailed in this chapter.
