Oregon Statutes - Chapter 329 - Oregon Educational Act for the 21st Century; Educational Improvement and Reform - Section 329.467 - Submission of Certificate of Initial Mastery materials.

The State Board of Education shall submit Certificate of Initial Mastery standards, requirements and plans for implementation to the legislative interim committees on education for input and direction before administrative rules for the Certificate of Initial Mastery are adopted.
