Oregon Statutes - Chapter 329 - Oregon Educational Act for the 21st Century; Educational Improvement and Reform - Section 329.499 - Report to Legislative Assembly.

Prior to February 1 of each odd-numbered year, the Department of Education shall report to the Legislative Assembly on the data collected under ORS 329.498 for the prior two school years. [2007 c.839 §2]

Sec. 3. Notwithstanding section 2 of this 2007 Act [329.499], the Department of Education is required to include only the data collected from the 2007-2008 school year under section 1 of this 2007 Act [329.498] in the first report to the Legislative Assembly under section 2 of this 2007 Act.
