Oregon Statutes - Chapter 336 - Conduct of Schools Generally - Section 336.012 - Twelve-month class schedule optional.

A district school board may adopt a class schedule that operates throughout the year for all or any schools in the district but may not require a student to attend the entire year. [1971 c.395 §1]
