Oregon Statutes - Chapter 342 - Teachers and Other School Personnel - Section 342.613 - Contracts with teachers for return of part of salary prohibited.

No district shall enter into a contract with any teacher whereby the teacher shall return to the district any part of the salary of the teacher. If any board and teacher enter into such contract, the contract is void and the teacher’s teaching license shall be revoked. [Formerly 342.525; 1967 c.67 §12]
