Oregon Statutes - Chapter 343 - Special Education Services - Section 343.513 - Eligibility criteria; rules.

The State Board of Education shall establish by rule procedures prescribing the eligibility criteria for early childhood special education and early intervention services. [1991 c.749 §15]
