Oregon Statutes - Chapter 348 - Student Aid; Education Stability Fund; Planning - Section 348.070 - List of suitable career schools.

To assist the Oregon Student Assistance Commission and the Department of State Lands in determining the qualification of schools, the Superintendent of Public Instruction shall maintain a listing of career schools offering professional and technical training that meets the occupational needs of the student.
