(1) No more than five percent of the funds available for purposes of ORS 348.427 to 348.436 shall be used by the state for the administrative expenditures of the program. Administrative expenditures do not include premiums paid for workers’ compensation benefits.
(2) An institution of higher education may use an amount not to exceed four percent of the funds available under ORS 348.427 to 348.436 to meet its expenses in administering the program. [1993 c.765 §43]
