Oregon Statutes - Chapter 348 - Student Aid; Education Stability Fund; Planning - Section 348.505 - “Commission” and “financial aid” defined.

As used in ORS 348.500 to 348.695:

(1) “Commission” means the Oregon Student Assistance Commission.

(2) “Financial aid” includes loans, grants, scholarships, work opportunities and other forms of financial aid to assist students in completing their post-high-school education. [1967 c.430 §2; 1997 c.652 §33; 1999 c.704 §14; 2007 c.426 §1]
