Bonds authorized under ORS 348.570 and 348.625 to 348.695 shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of ORS chapter 286A. The State Treasurer, in consultation with the Oregon Student Assistance Commission, may establish special accounts or subaccounts in the Alternative Student Loan Program Fund created by ORS 348.570 and may pledge the assets or the revenues, or any portion thereof, of the alternative student loan program.
