Oregon Statutes - Chapter 348 - Student Aid; Education Stability Fund; Planning - Section 348.670 - Administrative expenses.

The administrative expenses of the State Treasurer and the Oregon Student Assistance Commission shall be charged against bond proceeds or repayment revenues. [1987 c.842 §12]
