In carrying out the power and authority granted by ORS 351.140 or 351.160, the State Board of Higher Education may request the State Treasurer to borrow money and issue bonds, as defined in ORS 286A.001, secured by the pledge of the real property to be acquired and revenues, as provided in ORS 351.140 or 351.160. Such bonds shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of ORS chapter 286A. [Formerly 351.520; 2007 c.783 §144]
