Oregon Statutes - Chapter 351 - Higher Education Generally - Section 351.345 - Bond issue for higher education and community college projects.

In order to provide funds for the purposes specified in Article XI-G of the Oregon Constitution, the State Board of Higher Education may request the State Treasurer to issue bonds in accordance with the provisions of ORS chapter 286A. [1963 c.584 §1; 1981 c.660 §24; 2007 c.783 §146]
