Oregon Statutes - Chapter 367 - Transportation Financing; Projects - Section 367.565 - Procedure for issuing general obligation bonds under ORS 367.555 to 367.600.

The Department of Transportation shall request the State Treasurer to issue general obligation bonds under ORS 367.555 to 367.600 in accordance with ORS chapter 286A. [1973 c.698 §4; 1981 c.660 §33; 2003 c.201 §21; 2007 c.783 §168]
