(1) Violation of ORS 368.251 or 368.256 is punishable, upon conviction, by a fine not exceeding $100 or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding 60 days, or both. Justice courts shall have concurrent jurisdiction with the circuit courts of such offenses.
(2) Violation of ORS 368.942 is punishable, upon conviction, for each violation by a fine of not more than $100 or imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 30 days or both. [Subsection (4) enacted as 1973 c.462 §7; 1981 c.153 §70]
