Oregon Statutes - Chapter 391 - Mass Transportation - Section 391.802 - Definition for ORS 391.800 to 391.830.

As used in ORS 391.800 to 391.830, “Indian tribe” means a federally recognized Indian tribe in Oregon that has members residing on a reservation or tribal trust lands in Oregon. [2003 c.751 §2]
