Oregon Statutes - Chapter 408 - Miscellaneous Benefits for Veterans and Service Personnel - Section 408.242 - Public employees in Active Guard Reserve Program.

ORS 408.240 (4)(a) does not apply to a public employee who leaves a position under ORS 408.240 (1) to enter or reenter the Active Guard Reserve Program under 32 U.S.C. 502(f). [2005 c.38 §1]
