Oregon Statutes - Chapter 410 - Senior and Disability Services - Section 410.190 - Representation of corporation in contested case proceedings before department.

(1) Notwithstanding ORS 8.690, 9.160, 9.320, ORS chapter 180, ORS 203.145 or other law, in any contested case proceeding before the Department of Human Services, a corporation may be represented by an attorney or by any officer or authorized agent or employee of the corporation.

(2) As used in this section, “corporation” includes a public or private corporation, whether or not organized for profit. [1987 c.428 §34b]
