Oregon Statutes - Chapter 411 - Adult and Family Services; Public Assistance - Section 411.870 - Approval of programs; rules.

All community work and training programs shall be subject to approval of the Department of Human Services. The department shall promulgate and enforce rules and regulations necessary to carry into effect ORS 411.855 to 411.870. [1961 c.631 §4; 1967 c.130 §5]
