Oregon Statutes - Chapter 411 - Adult and Family Services; Public Assistance - Section 411.884 - Application of program.

The provisions of ORS 316.680, 411.877 to 411.896 and 657.925 apply to the entire state except to the extent the provisions of ORS 316.680, 411.877 to 411.896 and 657.925 are inconsistent with the control group study conducted pursuant to chapter 739, Oregon Laws 1993, in Clackamas, Lincoln, Malheur and Washington Counties.
