Oregon Statutes - Chapter 418 - Child Welfare Services - Section 418.001 - Definition for ORS 418.005 to 418.030.

As used in ORS 418.005 to 418.030, “child” or “juvenile” means an individual under 21 years of age. [1973 c.827 §34]
