Oregon Statutes - Chapter 421 - Department of Corrections Institutions; Compacts - Section 421.298 - Duties of State Forester.

The State Forester shall make reasonable efforts to use local available crews within Oregon before calling on fire suppression units from other states. [1991 c.302 §4]
