Oregon Statutes - Chapter 426 - Persons With Mental Illness; Sexually Dangerous Persons - Section 426.170 - Delivery of certified copy of record.

If any person is adjudged mentally ill and ordered committed to the Department of Human Services, a copy of the complete record in the case, certified to by the court clerk or court administrator, shall be given to the health officer of the county, or to the sheriff, for delivery to the director of the facility to which such mentally ill person is assigned. The record shall include the name, residence, nativity, sex and age of such mentally ill person and all other information that may be required by the rules and regulations promulgated by the department.
