Oregon Statutes - Chapter 431 - State and Local Administration and Enforcement of Health Laws - Section 431.410 - Boards of health for counties.

The governing body of each county shall constitute a board of health ex officio for each county of the state and may appoint a public health advisory board as provided in ORS 431.412 (5) to advise the governing body on matters of public health.
