Oregon Statutes - Chapter 431 - State and Local Administration and Enforcement of Health Laws - Section 431.480 - City boards abolished; expenditure of funds obtained from school district.

(1) All city boards of health are abolished.

(2) Any school district may appropriate money to be expended for public health measures in such school district by the county or district board of health. [Amended by 1961 c.610 §5; 1973 c.829 §30]
