Oregon Statutes - Chapter 431 - State and Local Administration and Enforcement of Health Laws - Section 431.550 - Authority of Department of Human Services to collect information from local public health administrators.

Nothing in ORS 431.412, 431.418 and this section shall be construed to limit the authority of the Department of Human Services to require facts and statistics from local public health administrators under its general supervisory power over all matters relating to the preservation of life and health of the people of the state.
