Oregon Statutes - Chapter 431 - State and Local Administration and Enforcement of Health Laws - Section 431.915 - Civil penalty for violation of ORS 431.870 to 431.915.

(1) Any person who violates any provision of ORS 431.870 to 431.915 shall be liable for a civil penalty not to exceed $5,000 for each day of violation, which shall be assessed and recovered in a civil action brought by the Department of Human Services.

(2) All civil penalties collected pursuant to subsection (1) of this section shall be deposited in the General Fund. [1991 c.915 §§12,13]
