Oregon Statutes - Chapter 431 - State and Local Administration and Enforcement of Health Laws - Section 431.935 - Tanning device to comply with federal requirements; exception for certain phototherapy devices.

(1) Any tanning device used by a tanning facility shall comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations.

(2) ORS 431.925 to 431.955 do not apply to a phototherapy device used by or under the direct supervision of a physician licensed under ORS chapter 677. [1991 c.619 §§3,4]
