The Tourist Facility Account is established in the General Fund of the State Treasury. All moneys received under ORS 446.310 to 446.350 by the Director of Human Services shall be credited to the Tourist Facility Account. All moneys in the account are appropriated continuously to the Department of Human Services for the purpose of administering and enforcing ORS 446.310 to 446.350.
