Oregon Statutes - Chapter 446 - Manufactured Dwellings and Structures; Parks; Tourist Facilities; Ownership Records; Dealers and Dealerships - Section 446.390 - Funding of clearinghouse.

Costs to operate the manufactured dwelling site information clearinghouse shall be collected from:

(1) A registration fee;

(2) A user fee; or

(3) Any other available federal, state, local or private funding source designed to support the formation or operation of a manufactured dwelling site information clearinghouse. [1989 c.482 §3]
