Oregon Statutes - Chapter 452 - Vector and Weed Control - Section 452.130 - Payment for cost of vector control; exception.

All work performed under ORS 452.110 shall be paid for by the control district, except when a contract authorized under ORS 452.110 (8) provides otherwise. [Amended by 1983 c.207 §2; 2007 c.258 §4]
