Oregon Statutes - Chapter 459 - Solid Waste Management - Section 459.114 - Out-of-region fee differential.

When allowed by federal law, the Legislative Assembly may assess an out-of-region fee differential that is consistent with the policy set forth in ORS 459.112. [1991 c.765 §4]
