Oregon Statutes - Chapter 459 - Solid Waste Management - Section 459.435 - Prohibition on sale or promotion of button cell mercuric oxide batteries.

A person may not sell, offer for sale or offer for promotional purposes any button cell mercuric oxide battery for use in Oregon. [1995 c.597 §3; 2005 c.22 §333]
