Oregon Statutes - Chapter 464 - Games - Section 464.480 - Procedure for suspension, revocation or denial of license.

Whenever the Department of Justice proposes to suspend or revoke or refuse to issue or renew a license or permit, opportunity for a hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS chapter 183. [1987 c.914 §13]
