Oregon Statutes - Chapter 468A - Air Quality - Section 468A.060 - Duty to comply with laws, rules and standards.

Any person who complies with the provisions of ORS 468A.055 and receives notification that construction may proceed in accordance therewith is not thereby relieved from complying with any other applicable law, rule or standard. [Formerly 449.739 and then 468.330]
