Oregon Statutes - Chapter 469 - Energy; Conservation Programs; Energy Facilities - Section 469.637 - Energy conservation part of utility service of investor-owned utility.

The provision of energy conservation measures to a dwelling shall be considered part of the utility service rendered by the investor-owned utility. [1981 c.778 §4]
