Oregon Statutes - Chapter 469 - Energy; Conservation Programs; Energy Facilities - Section 469.643 - Formula for customer charges; rules.

The Public Utility Commission shall adopt by rule a formula under which the investor-owned utility shall charge all customers to recover:

(1) The cost to the investor-owned utility of the services required to be provided under ORS 469.633; and

(2) Any bad debts, including casualty losses, attributable to dwelling owner default on a loan for energy conservation measures. [1981 c.778 §8]
