Oregon Statutes - Chapter 479 - Protection of Buildings From Fire; Electrical Safety Law - Section 479.130 - Tents or canvas-covered structures for public assembly to be flame resistant.

No person shall erect, maintain or use within Oregon any tent or canvas-covered structure with the intent that such a tent or structure be used for a place of public assembly unless the tent and canvas-covered parts of the structure and all combustible decorative materials have been rendered flame resistant.
