Oregon Statutes - Chapter 496 - Application, Administration and Enforcement of Wildlife Laws - Section 496.311 - Limitation on size of revolving fund.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the revolving fund referred to in ORS 496.300 shall not exceed $40,000. [1975 c.545 §9; 1979 c.461 §7]
