Oregon Statutes - Chapter 51 - Justice Courts; Jurisdiction - Section 51.480 - Qualifications of sureties.

The sureties in the undertaking provided for in ORS 51.460 shall have the qualifications of bail and shall be residents of the county; and their justification must be filed with the undertaking.
