Oregon Statutes - Chapter 511 - Local and Special Regulations - Section 511.516 - Taking shad for commercial purposes from Coos River prohibited.

It is unlawful to take shad from the waters of the Coos River or any of its tributaries for commercial purposes. [1983 c.34 §2]
