Oregon Statutes - Chapter 511 - Local and Special Regulations - Section 511.521 - Taking shad or sturgeon for commercial purposes in Coquille River waters prohibited.

It is unlawful to take shad or sturgeon for commercial purposes from the waters of the Coquille River or any of its bays or tributaries. [1989 c.127 §3]
