Oregon Statutes - Chapter 549 - Drainage and Flood Control Generally - Section 549.190 - Other rights protected.

ORS 549.110 to 549.180 shall not be construed so as to interfere with the rights of companies or individuals for mining, manufacturing, or watering towns or cities.
