Oregon Statutes - Chapter 56 - Duties of Secretary of State - Section 56.050 - Copies of records as evidence.

Copies of all records and papers of the Office of the Secretary of State, certified by the Secretary of State, shall be received in evidence in all cases equally and with like effect as the original.
