Oregon Statutes - Chapter 565 - Fairs and Exhibits - Section 565.405 - “Director,” “commission” defined for ORS 565.410 to 565.450.

As used in ORS 565.410 to 565.450:

(1) “Director” means the Director of Agriculture.

(2) “Commission” means the County Fair Commission created by ORS 565.410. [1969 c.298 §2]
