Oregon Statutes - Chapter 567 - Experiment Stations - Section 567.010 - Disposition of moneys for greenhouse facilities.

A separate account in the General Fund is established for the purposes described in ORS 567.005. Moneys in the account are continuously appropriated to the Department of Higher Education for the purposes described in ORS 567.005. [Amended by 2005 c.755 §48]
