There is established a Gorse Control Account in the General Fund for the purposes described in ORS 567.025. All funds made available for the purposes of ORS 567.025 shall be credited to the Gorse Control Account and are continuously appropriated to the State Board of Higher Education for the purposes of ORS 567.025.
